Delivery Services
Supported shipping methods:
  • Shipping is taken into account for our customers outside Lebanon, we provide our customers with a couple of options when it comes to choosing a shipping carrier such as DHL Express, ARAMEX, etc.
Shipping cost & Shipping time:
  • Costs of the shipping will be provided with the final invoice/confirmation email from our Sales team (Sales@HASupply.com.lb) before the customer proceeds with payment. The packaging will be done in a way that will be secure with the least amount of volume in order to provide lower shipping costs.
  • Shipping time is based on the carrier and "HA Supply" is not liable in any way. After the parcel is handed to the carrier, timing falls on the terms & conditions of the specified carrier. 
Shipping, Customs duty information & import duty:
  • "HA Supply" reserves the right to declare the products on an as is basis depending on the nature of the product. For example if the product is dental based it will be declared as dental, if used for jewelry production then it will be declared as such ...
  • "HA Supply" is not responsible for any costs incurred during entry into other countries such as duties resulting from Customs authorities. Also "HA Supply" is not liable for any damage or delay caused during shipping.
What is the processing time?
  • Processing time is the time needed to evaluate the order that has been submitted. International orders often require more time to process so please allow us up to 48 hours to process your order and contact you with further details. During this time we check our inventory for the availability of the items.
How do I manage my shipping address? 
  • Your Shipping address is added once into our database when you register for an account, you can change the address at any time simply by logging into your account and entering the account details section.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
  • Shipping addresses may be altered only when a tracking number has not been issued for that order. You can also send the goods to a different location from your own simply by placing the destination in the form before you checkout. Please feel free to contact our Information team (Info@HASupply.com.lb) at any time if you are not sure of how to proceed.
How do I combine orders in shipping?
  • In order to combine orders please contact our Sales team (Sales@HASupply.com.lb) with the email subject "Combine Orders" with the reference number of your orders.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered? 
  • Our Delivery service at this time is reliant on the carriers timing and we have no influence on the matter. After the goods are handed over to the carrier the time for delivery falls under the terms & conditions of the carrier.
What happens when I am not available to receive the delivery ?
  • The Delivery carrier shall pass by twice, after failing to reach the person the second time the package shall be returned to "HA Supply" and our Info team shall contact the customer with further details.
After my order has been shipped, how do I track my order?
  • After final confirmation and payment settlement of the order a tracking number shall be issued for the shipment and the customer shall be notified by email.
How do I confirm delivery?
  • Once you have received your order a small email with the subject "Shipment Received" is highly appreciated, otherwise we follow up on the shipment based on the tracking number status.
When my order has arrived I am not satisfied with the product. What can I do?
  • Unfortunatly "HA Supply" does not have any policy for returns or refunds. The products that are shipped are all quality controled from the manufacturers to be free from defects. And any electrical equipment such as scales, motors etc... are tested again by an "HA Supply" empolyee to make sure they are operational and not damaged, then it proceeds to beeing repacked before shipping.
